I'm playing the Liebermann Concerto.
I've had that for two weeks.

It was TODAY, when I realized that I got part of the first movement of the Liebermann Concerto up to tempo and realized that I would be okay for the masterclass I'm going to be performing in the end of March.

I would eat whatever the heck I wanted to eat.  This would include lots of Ben and Jerry's, Cheerio milk & cereal bars, and Naked juice smoothies.
I would go run around on the marching band practice field in my bare feet.
